Yes, Dan:  "Standards without enforcement is rubbish".  FCC really does not
care anymore as the organization consists of just a bunch of lawyers who
wouldn't know RFI/EMC from toilet paper.  OET has been gutted.  Read the
last long paragraph on my QRZ page.  it's all real and from personal
experience of 40 some years as an EMC/RFI engineer.
