or $15 on ebay.Note that NEC does not permit filtering of the green wire so CM noise enters via it. The only green connection on filters made in the last several dozen years is directly to the case, one stud shared (or the case) for in and out. This is why the 3 wire K9YC generator choke is also required. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Corcom-30VK6-F7358-EMI-Filter-30A-40C-250V-30A-120-250V-1617-46001DH/333685076537?hash=item4db12e3239:g:DvsAAOSw6EhfNV5x Grant KZ1W On 9/29/2020 09:33, David Eckhardt wrote: Here is what I know will do the job: https://www.te.com/usa-en/product-CAT-C8114-F299B.html?q=&n=42254&type=products&samples=N&inStoreWithoutPL=false&instock=N The general listing for all the filters offered by Corcom: https://www.te.com/usa-en/plp/corcom/Zn8v.html?q=&n=42254&type=products&samples=N&inStoreWithoutPL=false&instock=N Mouser and Digikey carry these filters. I'm thinking of a large line filter which you could build yourself and save a few $$. A good LISN (Line Isolation Network) used in EMC testing might also do a number. If the current draw is not too high, the Corcom (or equivalent) offerings of line filters would also be quite helpful. I would like to stop or reduce the RFI coming in on the shore line of my RV. I am thinking of put some ferrite snap-on beads, mix 31 for HF frequencies, on the shore line where it comes inside the RV. Thinking of the Pin 1 scenario, should I also put some on the ground wire, inside the RV? Whats your thoughts? Getting ready to put in an order with Palomar and would like to only put in 1 order. I do not want to through money for things not needed. Thanks.
