[RFI] Noise from 3D FDM Printer

I fired up my 3d printer today and it was very very noisy!  A very 
rhythmic pulse about every second.  It was making noise even when not 
printing.  I have not tried to fix the noise.  Turning it off worked 
great HI!  They have pretty lousy switching supplies generally.  This 
was a Ender 3 Clone by Sainsmart.
