All:
I just watched a Youtube video that featured Laura Smith speaking about
her role with the FCC as special council for amateur radio enforcement.
She caught my attention when she mentioned how utility companies are
held liable for not addressing power-line noise issues and how they can
be fined for noncompliance.
It seems logical that companies who lease and maintain solar panel
systems would fall under that same category which would mean they too
could be fined for noncompliance in an RFI case. Anything in the FCC
rules that says otherwise?
Laura mentions RFI cases with utility companies at roughly 42 minutes
into the clip.
