It has been my experience after 2+ years of living with a S9 noise level
that the FCC, the equipment manufacturers and installers, in this case
solaredge and Solar City, and the ARRL could care less.
Okay to be fair the ARRL may claim to care but they're just as ineffective
in advancing any kind of solution.
