[RFI] Another step toward the new H & V unit

I now have 4 bids in hand.  All agreed to the two speed motor rather 
than the variable,
I'd need to look up the make and models to tell who offered what, but 
it's 3:00 AM and I'm gonna hit my head on the kbd if I don't get some sleep.
