I'm using two Triplite Isobars - probably somewhat similar to the
Belkins (they say 40-80 db).
They filter out some of the RFI hash that I was getting on the AC line,
but I don't think they get everything. So I'm also using ferrites. My
radio's DC adapter has 20 turns on a 2.4 inch torroid, and then it goes
to the Isobar...

Occasionally there is a problem with RFI via house wiring.
I requested info via Walmart a while back re. the Belkin
BE112230-08 SurgeMaster Professional 12-Outlets Surge Protector vs
an Inland12-Outlet 330V SurgeGuard Rotating Surge Protector.
The answer arrived today (2mos, 3weeks later).
"Belkin model is 500V clamping; 3940 joules; 150KHz-100MHz. Attenuation
up to 75 dB."
