I never suggested they look for others problems, I only said to contact them to
make sure that it wasn't their problem. I've worked a number of times with the
local power company and when they determine it's not their problem <sometimes>
they will point out where the problem coming from.
I've had a very good working relationship with the local power company and
together we've located a number of problem areas and corrected them over the
years.
