[RFI] mp4 files

Those files were recorded at 500 hz.  Listening on SSB or AM, the noise sounds 
a bit more "sizzling."  My NB's don't touch it.
On occasion there is a also some more "classic" power line sputtering which my 
NB will kill but not this hash.
