I found the culprit at the bottom of the Miscellaneous Equipment
page: http://www.arrl.org/tis/info/HTML/rfi-noise/misc.html It's an
electric Dog Fence! The noise sample of it provided there shows just
how strong it is.
Now how to tell someone I don't know that their way overpriced Dog
Fence is tearing up the airwaves...
