I would expect that most good line filters would also work -- IF 
properly installed, and IF the trash is being radiated by the power 
line. 

BUT: the trash may also be radiated by the power cord (between the 
filter and the noise source), by the audio and video cables, and by 
the internal wiring (it was noted that it's in a plastic case). For 
the cable parts of the problem, if they exist, a ferrite choke wound 
to provide good suppression in that part of the spectrum is in 
order. See my tutorial for details. Not much of anything you can 
easily do about shielding problem.
