Here's a short "Technical Tidbit" from Doug Smith about EMI/RFI from electronic fluorescent lights: http://emcesd.com/tt2007/tt090407.htm It is somewhat light on content, as it is meant to make hardware designers and technicians aware of the EMI given off by fluorescent lights. Some of his other articles deal with finding and fixing problems. Doug has a whole series of technical articles, many of them about EMI, on his website (www.emcesd.com or www.dsmith.org).
