Make sure that the hood is grounded; use a wide (1") braided strap if not
sure. Sand a shiney spot, toothed washer, stainless self-drilling sheet
metal screws.Get an excellant ground for the antenna base, also the radio.
The one inch braid can be run from the antenna base to the radio
also....Takes a few feet of this stuff, and isn't cheap.
Use a cheap portable personal type radio with headset as a "sniffer".
Wave it around to pick up the RFI hot spots.
