Suppose I have a neighbor with a device that causes interference. Also suppose that the ARRL and the FCC have both sent letters to the neighbor informing them of their obligation under FCC regulations. Finally, suppose that the neighbor is unwilling to fix/replace the device after receiving the letters. What next?
