The program is open to the public and will feature separate technology
demonstrations across the hall from the forum in the FCC Headquarters

Washington, DC. from noon to 5 pm.
While I do not know what technologies will be demonstrated, it might
add
some interesting 'spice' if some enterprising amateur had a (portable)
HF
radio on-hand to demonstrtaea what BPL does to HF signals.
