BPL is an excellent and BAD example of how NOT to set industrial policy -
ignore any inconvenient facts and crank up the publicity engine. BPL is
only one example of how this process causes a lot of "collateral damage."
The same game is afoot elsewhere. Our ox has been gored in this case, but
don't think it's the only ox out there.
