Yes it should do some good. Select a ferrite that would be effective at the
desired frequency such as a 73 material for below 30 MHz. The windings should
be of insulated wire since this ferrite material has a rather low resistivity.
A resistor in series with the charger and fence would also help damp some of
the pulse ringing.
