Don't forget that the FCC said no to a 100Hz slice at 137KHz mainly because of
the
objections of the PLC people. Now, these same folks have put on a different hat
and want BPL. Hypocrites! The ARRL's comments on this chose very polite
wording
but inferred the same thing.
