Hi Bob!
I have seen this problem and it is either one of your computer power supplies
or your neighbor's. Mine was my neighbor and I fixed it with a W3NQN AC line
filter on the neighbor's computer.
W3NQN filters are available through WX0B now.
I tracked my noise down with my Icom R-10 handheld scanner.
