[RFI] Elec. Dog Fence - Need I Worry?

Hi RFI guys,

Last night I found out that my next-door neighbor has purchased an
electric fence to keep his dog in his yard. He hasn't installed it yet.
What questions should I be asking? All I know at this point is that it
is an underground wire type of system. I assume the wire emits a weak RF
field and the collar on the dog generates the audible alert and the
electric shock. Does this type of system cause HF noise that I need to
worry about?
