Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Jul 12 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained at very low levels. The disk was spotless as Region 2766 (N05, L=125) decayed to plage. No Earth-directed CMEs were detected.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low on 12-14 Jul.

Energetic Particles

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was normal to moderate and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels.

Forecast: Both the greater than 2 MeV electron and 10 MeV proton fluxes are expected to remain below event thresholds over 12-14 Jul.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters remained at nominal levels. Solar wind speeds varied between 295-330 km/s. Total field was at or below 3 nT while the Bz component varied weakly between +1/-3 nT. Phi angle was oriented in a predominately positive solar sector.

Forecast: Weak influences from a positive polarity CH HSS are expected to enhance the geomagnetic field on 12-13 Jul. A possible glancing blow from the 8 Jul CME is expected to cause enhanced conditions on 14 Jul.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be quiet to unsettled on 12-13 Jul due to CH HSS influences. Unsettled to active levels are expected on 14 Jul due to a possible glancing blow from the 8 Jul CME.
