Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Jul 07 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2766 (Lo=121) remained unremarkable. Two new groups emerged over the period (near N03E14 and N18E29). Both have remained inactive, and will be considered for numbering should they persist over the course of the coming period. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to continue at very low levels 07-09 Jul.

Energetic Particles

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was normal to moderate and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was steady at background levels.

Forecast: Both the greater than 2 MeV electron and 10 MeV proton fluxes are expected to remain below event thresholds over 07-09 Jul.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind remained elevated while under the waning influence of a weak, positive polarity CH HSS. Solar wind speeds steadily decreased from ~500 km/s to ~435 km/s. Total field values were 3-5 nT, and the Bz component was +/- 3 nT. Phi was predominantly in a positive solar sector.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are expected to continue the declining trend over the course of 07 Jul. Elevated levels are possible 08-09 with minor influences from the 05 Jul CME.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was at quiet levels.

Forecast: Mostly quiet conditions are anticipated on 07 Jul in the wake of the CH HSS. Unsettled periods are likely on 08-09 Jul due to weak, glancing influence from the 05 Jul CME.
