Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Jun 10 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low. Region 2765 (S24W13, Hsx/alpha)underwent complete decay in in its trailing spots, and remained inactive. Solar observatories reported a disappearing filament near S33E06 at approximately 09/1845 UTC. However, coronagraph imagery does not support an eruptive event at this time.

Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected to continue 10-12 Jun as Region 2765 continues to decay and remains inactive.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was normal to moderate and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux maintained background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to continue at normal to moderate levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to remain at background 10-12 Jun.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters became slightly enhanced, likely due to tenuous, positive polarity CH HSS influence. Wind speeds increased from ambient-like, background levels to an average of ~475 km/s. Total field values reached a peak of 7 nT, and the Bz component underwent southward deflections of up to -7 nT. Phi was predominantly oriented in a positive solar sector.

Forecast: The solar wind environment is anticipated to continue at a slightly, elevated state over the course of 10 Jun. A gradual decline and return to more ambient-like conditions is expected 11-12 Jun.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.

Forecast: Mostly quiet conditions, with a chance of an isolated unsettled period, are likely 10 Jun. Quiet conditions are expected 11-12 Jun.
