Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Apr 09 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2759 (N28, L=264) remained plage but did manage a low-level B-class flare. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be at very low levels on 09-11 Apr.

Energetic Particles

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached moderate levels. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux maintained background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to continue at moderate levels through 11 Apr. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: The solar wind environment saw a return to nominal conditions. Total field has settled near 5 nT and Bz unremarkable. Wind speeds have been between 400-450 km/s. Phi was predominantly negative.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are likely to remain at nominal levels until late on 10 Apr, when the next CH HSS (negative polarity) is expected to arrive and elevate parameters once more. Activity will carry over into day 3 (11 Apr) of the forecast.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled.

Forecast: Quiet conditions are expected to continue through most of 10 Apr. Late on 10 Apr a negative polarity CH HSS is expected to arrive and elevate levels to unsettled to active through the remainder of the 3-day forecast.
