Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Nov 02 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. Region 2750 (S28E18, Axx/alpha) was stable and quiet throughout the period. No CMEs were detected in available satellite imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low on 02-04 Nov.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels with a peak flux of 2,150 pfu at 01/1750 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background levels throughout the period.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach high levels on 02-03 Nov, and moderate levels are expected on 04 Nov. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to persist at background levels throughout the forecast period.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were at background levels throughout the period under a nominal solar wind regime.

Forecast: Background solar wind conditions are expected to persist over 02-04 Nov.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet throughout the period under a nominal solar wind regime.

Forecast: Quiet conditions are expected to prevail on 02-04 Nov.
