Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Sep 08 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was at very low levels. The solar disk was spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be very low on 08-10 Sep.

Energetic Particles

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux reached high levels with a peak of 19,284 pfu observed at 07/1945 UTC. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach high to very high levels on 08-10 Sep in response to CH HSS influence. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of waning CH effects. Solar wind speeds started the period near 500 km/s and declined to approximately 420 km/s to end. Total field peaked at 5 nT, and the Bz component dropped as low as -5 nT. The phi angle was predominately positive.

Forecast: Solar wind parameters are anticipated to remain slightly enhanced on 08 Sep as CH HSS influences continue to wane. By 09 Sep, the solar wind environment is anticipated to return to ambient conditions and persist through 10 Sep.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled due to persistent CH HSS influence.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to unsettled levels on 08 Sep in response to waning CH HSS effects. Mostly quiet conditions are forecast for 09-10 Sep.
