Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jun 25 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity remained very low. Region 2742 decayed to plage shortly after emerging. Region 2743 (N03W58, Axx/alpha) remained inactive, showing decay in its trailing spots.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low 25-27 Jun.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was normal and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux was at background values.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to continue at normal levels on 25 Jun. Anticipated CH HSS influences are expected to cause an increase to moderate levels by 26 Jun and high levels are likely to be reached by 27 Jun.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of a continued slow regime. Solar wind speed varied between primarily 320-365 km/s and the total IMF strength ranged mostly from 2 to 5 nT. The Bz component underwent only weak deviations. The phi angle was predominately in a positive orientation.

Forecast: An anticipated, CIR is likely to arrive later on 25 Jun, followed by a minor solar wind speed increase due to weak connection with a negative polarity extension of the south polar CH HSS. The mildly enhanced and disturbed state due to CH HSS influences is expected to continue into 26 and 27 Jun.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be primarily quiet, with unsettled to active conditions possible later on 25 Jun due to CIR arrival and effects. Weak CH HSS influences are likely to cause a few unsettled periods on 26 Jun. Any CH HSS effects are anticipated to weaken and wane on 27 Jun, leading to primarily quiet conditions.
