Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jun 19 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low and the visible disk remained spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain very low 19-21 Jun.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background values.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to be at normal to moderate levels 19-21 Jun and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of a slow regime. Solar wind speed averaged about 320 km/s. Total IMF strength ranged from 2 to 5 nT and the Bz component only underwent minor deflections of up to -4 nT. Density values gradually rose over the course of the period, reaching a peak of 18.54 particles per cubic cm at 19/0730 UTC. The phi angle was positive until approximately 19/0722 UTC when a SSBC occurred, bringing it into a negative orientation.

Forecast: Solar wind conditions 19-21 Jun are anticipated to continue as a relatively slow regime, with minor disturbances possible on 19 Jun due to weak influences of a tenuous negative polarity CH HSS.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be primarily quiet, with isolated unsettled period likely on 19 Jun in response to effects of weak CH HSS influences. Predominantly quiet conditions are expected on 20-21 Jun.
