Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2019 Jun 15 1230 UTC.

Solar Activity

24 hr Summary: Solar activity was very low. The solar disk remained spotless. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available satellite imagery.

Forecast: Solar activity is expected to remain at very low levels on 15-17 Jun.

Energetic Particle

24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was at normal levels while the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background levels.

Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to increase to moderate levels for 15-17 Jun due to an enhanced solar environment. The greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.

Solar Wind

24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters decreased to nominal levels as positive polarity CH HSS influences waned. Solar wind speed decreased from approximately 475 km/s to near 375 km/s. Total field ranged from 1-6 nT while the Bz component was between +3/-5 nT. Phi angle was oriented in a mostly positive (away) solar sector.

Forecast: By late on 16 Jun to early on 17 Jun, solar wind parameters are expected to experience an enhancement due to negative polarity CH HSS influence.

Geospace

24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.

Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly quiet for the rest of the UTC day on 15 Jun. By late on 16 Jun to early on 17 Jun, quiet to unsettled conditions are expected with isolated active periods possible due to the arrival of a negative polarity CH HSS.
