We are just now on the back-end of another M-class flare approx. M1.7 -  
peak at 2035 UTC, 19 January 2010.  A Radio Blackout is occurring on low  
and middle shortwave frequencies.  I presume that this flare is located in  
returning sunspot region 1039.

More info when available will be posted.
