All zero's for me too no matter how I set the maps scale or my AOI.

For the heck of it, I gave this thing a try, following every step, but it
reports the conductivity of every soil type is 0.0 millimhos/cm!  That
doesn't make sense, does it?  Does the USDofA not support it anymore?  Did I
use it wrong or miss a step?

Also, I'm confused about your conversion directly from millimhos/centimeter
to mS/m.  Since a mho equals a Siemen (S), 1 millimho/cm should equal 100
mS/m ... shouldn't it?
