PREDICTIONS FOR 06 Oct 2004 10CM FLUX: 094 / AP: 003
COMMENT: Quiet solar activity, we expect this to remain so the following days,
a slight increase in the X-ray background indicates new active regions are due
to turn on the solar disk. Geomagnetic activity turned quiet again (K=3) after
the small shock following the filament eruption and partial halo CME of
September
28. The solar wind speed is around 380-400 km/s, the IMF is fluctuating between
-5 and +5 nT now. We expect quiet to unsetteled conditions for today and quiet
conditions for next two days.
