IMHO, Closed software, like proprietary protocols, becomes less and less 
interesting in Amateur Radio... -Mike K3MCI agree with Mike's comments from the 
last post.  That's why I suggesting that he sell his O II, buy the FLEX "OPEN 
SOURCE" Radio.  Then he can spend hours searchingthe "OPEN SOURCE" files for a 
fix.  Then when he discovers his "FIX" is a "VIRUS", then he can spend time 
fixing the Virus.  While all this "OPEN SOURCE" is going on, I'llbe enjoying my 
"CLOSED SOURCE" Ten Tec Orion II, and Mike can call the guy he sold hisOrion II 
to, to see if he can buy it back - Smile!!You are appreciated and
