I have 2.059d in an Orion I and I just ran into an interesting problem.
While trying to work N8S split on 40M SSB, I did not have any TX audio.
But if I don't work split, I had audio.
After some experimentation, the radio seems to not like transmitting in
the US portion of the 40M phone band when split. I can swap the VFOs so
that I TX low and I get audio. But that's not good. I can swap the VFOs
back to what they should be and my audio will be there for one
transmission and then go away.
I then tried to swap the VFO A and VFO B buttons on TX/RX and Sub RX.
When I tried to set them to TX on the right frequency there is no audio.
If I swap them to the wrong VFO, then it works.

VFO A 7.212 RX
VFO B 7.080 TX, Sub RX

It doesn't matter which VFO is on the Sub RX.
Is this a known issue with 2.059d and is there a work around?
