I have had a fault some of the time but not all of the time, but using
no TR delay all the time. I don't have my manual handy but think it
was the first and last LEDs. I haven;t experimented with a TR delay
yet. Using QSK.

Incidentally, my 87A has a pronounced 60 Hz (I think) hum when keyed
that I hadn't noticed before. I find it hard to believe that the
transformer mounting bolts have gotten loose, but I don't know what
could be causing it and haven't opened it up yet. I'm thinking of
turning off the sidetone in the Orion and using the buzzing/humming to
monitor sending. ;-)
