[Orion] Aux I/O

Can someone measure the open circuit voltage on pin 7(FSK) of the 8 pim aux
I/O jack? I read around 4.5 volts. Your radio should not be a real early one
but one that had the pull up resistor installed or probably one deliverd
around Sept 03 or later.
