Joe,
When you select the RX Ant with my software and the Orion shows Ant1 and RX
ant for "Main RX/TX", this means the main receiver is connected to the rx
ant and the transmitter is connected to Ant 1. This is normal and the way
the Orion shows this. Because you have selected the transverter output
already, no output will come out of Ant 1 from the transmitter.
The only problem I see is a firmware bug that prevents mid range power from
coming out the transverter output. This may actually be a documentation
error with no ability to actually adjust this output. I don't know what the
real hardware capability is in the Orion.

Carl, I've been meaning to get back to you, but I've been consumed with
the resurrection of my office computer. I also expected to see you at
Shelby, but you weren't to be seen,
First, when I switch into 6M with your software, the Orion switches the
Main TX/RX to both Ant 1 and the RX Ant. When I do it directly though
the Orion, I have to activate the RX Ant manually.
Second, when using the 6M transverter directly through the Orion, the
power is either 100% or 0, there's no in-between. It seems there's a
problem in the firmware.
The Sweep works FB on 6M as long as the Sub RX is connected to the RX Ant.
On another front, there's no doubt that the Sweep loses sensitivity
after switching bands unless VFO B is toggled via the A=B button. It
seems that a toggle is all that is necessary. Other VFO buttons may
also do the same, but I haven't experimented with them.
I'll keep you posted.
