[NA-User] NAQSL problems after installing newest country.dat

Has anyone tried running NAQSL with the latest country.dat file installed? (The 
one that was released on Oct 8) I received an error when I tried it.
?
I?reverted to the previous country file (released Sept 12)?and NAQSL ran OK.
