Dick,

If you've not already read it, I would check out "STATE QSO PARTY TIPS 
USING NA" in the Tech Notes section (lower right) on the DATOM web page.

If the IlQP rules allow working people over again when you change counties 
(most QPs allow for this) you'll want to use a separate log file for each 
county.  The Tech Note tip gives some techniques to automate/simplify this.

Allowing the user to change the county "on the fly" and matching the sent 
county to determine dupes would be necessary to do the contest with a 
single log file.  We've investigated modifying the program for this, but 
the hangup is making space to store the county in each QSO record of the 
.QDF file (vs. storing it once in the header).
