[na-user] Capitals vs small case letters on packet

When using NA 10.52 today in the CQ 160 meter contest as a very casual
SO-Assisted, I was chatting with K5NA and the locals on packet, and
realized that it appears only capital letters are possible.  Is there any
way to use both lower and uper case text using the Alt T and packet chat
mode on NA?
