Joe,
Did you have Win 3.1 or 95 specifically set for VGA settings? I'm pretty
sure these old PS/2 monitors are only 640x480 running at fixed sweep rates
(i.e., no 800x600 SVGA or high sweep rates).
I've not tried mine under Windows at all, but they run correctly in DOS
text mode.
