Garie,

I installed 10.36 this afternoon and downloaded the new country.dat file.
After converting the country.dat with NAU (I had to modify the country.dat
to delete the email headers).  I set up as a SOAB and logged several
different DX stations with no problems.  Maybe your install went bad or your
country.dat was corrupt...
