[na-user] NA 10.24 Available

NA 10.24 is now available on the DATOM Engineering web site.  This version 
fixes a crash condition that occurs with two-radio operation when checking an 
call on the alternate band that proves to be a dupe.  It also fixes a glitch 
condition in radio polling.
