What has changed since the older version is that we changed the file
extentions for the contest rules templates. These used to be *.TMP. but
N4XM point out that there are Win95 utilities that search out temporary
files (*.TMP) and erase them. We changed the extention to .CRT (for
[C]ontest [R]ules [T]emplates.
Go in and just rename all the *.TMP files in your NA directory to *.CRT
and you'll be all set. The reason you only see two PAQPs and a CQP is
that these are new .CRT files included with the download. I'm sure this
will take care of your problems.
