The issue is also important to everyone in our organization as well, especially
since we have 65 of these deployed along with 65 customers complaining to us
that their hotspot has stopped functioning. I don't know how many times I've
had to tell our customers that we're waiting for new firmware to fix the
problem. Some of our customers are power-cycling these damn things every hour
just to keep them working! When will this issue be resolved?
