[Karlnet] Problems with Karlnet and YDI

What is going on at Karlnet?

I have been trying to get some KN-50's, (no radio), for a few weeks 
now.  Distributor says that they have been ordered from Karlnet, and 
every time the distributor calls Karlnet they are told that they will 
ship tomorrow.  Been told this for two weeks now.

Another distributor has been trying to get some upgrade licenses to 
upgrade my Lucent hardware/firmware to Karlnet.  This normally take this 
distributor about 2-3 days.  It's been two weeks... This distributor 
says that no one at Karlnet seems to be able to get it done.

Per Karlnet support, there are no problems with shipping and licensing 
that they know of.  However, they also report that shipping has been 
moved to Falls Church, VA.  It is also interesting to note that the 
phones at Karlnet are now answered 'YDI'.

To YDI;

Get your act together!

If I can't install customers because I can't get radios I will be forced 
to change systems.

If I can't build towers, I can't install customers........

Two weeks is long enough!
