I've got a fair amount of Karlnet gear that I'm not inclined to abandon
right now, but I am feeling pretty well (make that completely) abandoned
by a couple vendors I used to work with.
I've got some firmware issues I'd like to get updates for (a number of
KN-50/Ubicom units, and quite a wide assortment of Hyperlink ROR, Lucent
OR, and converted AP1000 and RG1000 units) and haven't any clue who to
turn to right now, how to get the updates I'm already entitled to, and
purchase some upgrade licenses for our Lucent gear, and get a little
hardware support on top of it all. Probably even some new hardware and
licenses if some of the nagging, irritating firmware bugs have gone away
since my last firmware (newest being 4.31 for x86 based TC firmware, and
original or second releases on the KN-50/Ubicom units).
As for territory - I'm in Minnesota (see sig). Phone contact at my cell

Any Karlnet reseller or vendor out there willing to talk to an orphaned
Karlnet user for support, and possibly some new business?
