[Karlnet] 4.45 questions

I have found that when in TC mode, the base station uses the firmware on the 
card.  I.e. 1.07
But when in AP mode, the firmware shows as 1.03.
I would naturally prefer to use an updated firmware, as I have had problems 
with cards in my laptop that have the older firmware version.  

Are we stuck with 1.03?  or is there a specific build that has 1.07 embedded?
