I flashed it as an 64 User ISP base but it is running as a satellite at the
moment. I am using the standard Lucent Silver Card but I have use a Senao
200mw card as well.

i think, that you are using Satellite with Lucent card, no ISP Base. I have
trouble with lockups of my SV4305. It could be problem of HW.
