[Karlnet] VPN

I'm not a ISP but use Karlnet to provide 3 of my suppliers in the hood with 
net access.

One of them wants their Acct person to work from home and be able to VPN 
into their server.  Their CPE has a public IP and does NAT to their private 
static IP range.

Can this be done?  They have a young tech trying to install a VPN router 
between the CPE and their hub but has no clue.
